Usage / Application Recommendation: When changing the blades, place the heel grater on a hard non-slip surface

Hold the back of the grater (sled) with the thumb and index finger

Place the index finger of the other hand in front of the plastic handle as far as possible and press down slightly

Then hold the sled so that it does not slip while pushing the handle of the heel grater forward

Remove the exposed blade tips and dispose of them properly

Reverse the process by inserting new blade tips
