Answer from BİYUTREND
Hello, if the product is suitable for filing the nail surface, it can be used to slightly thin the surface of thickened nails. However, it is recommended to use it in a controlled manner without applying excessive pressure. For very thick, fungal, or sensitive nails, professional assistance should be sought.

Do we use the flat part or the file part to pop the nail?
Answer from BİYUTREND
If you want to shine (polish) the nail on this glass file, you should use the filed/matte textured part. The completely flat and shiny glass part: Not used for polishing. It is more the retention surface or structural part of the rasp
Translated by Google
Do we just file over the nail to buff it? Or do you have to use the flat part to polish?
Answer from BİYUTREND
Yes, this type of glass nail polisher uses the flat and rough looking glass surface for polishing. So: * ✅ It is rubbed back and forth on the upper surface of the nail with light movements. * ✅ The goal is to remove the very fine roughness from the nail and restore its natural shine. it is not used to polish the completely flat edge part. That part is just the holding part.
