Hello, I bought this scooter last week, but the handle rotates left and right, I turn the wheel with my hand, it turns, but it does not turn with the handle, I wonder why?
Answer from Oyuncak Paketim
The steering wheel of the three-wheeled scooters with double wheels in the front does not turn like a bicycle steering wheel, sir. While the child is on the scooter, he will direct the wheels by slightly tilting the steering wheel to the right or left with both hands.

Hello, I bought one of this product from you, I liked the product, but we gave it as a gift. Now our child needs it again. If we order, will we receive the same product? Do you have the folding one? Will the folding ones be of good quality like the product we received? What is your advice?
Answer from Oyuncak Paketim
Whatever product you buy, you will receive that product. All products in our store are of high quality.

mrb, the scooter I bought from you, the front brakes and the steering are independent of each other. When you turn the steering wheel left and right, shouldn't the front wheels turn?

I just asked and you answered, but it doesn't even translate slightly. The steering wheel doesn't move at all. It goes straight. It just doesn't roll. I wonder if I could explain it at all. If there was something that needed to be done, I wrote it down so I could do it.
Answer from Oyuncak Paketim
Is such a thing possible, sir? Of course the wheels are getting direction, but I guess I couldn't explain the logic of direction determination. The child will steer the wheels by leaning (not turning) the steering wheel to the right or left while on the scooter. You can see how it is done by watching the videos that appear when you type ''direction determination of 3-wheeled scooters'' on the internet.
