Before first use, clean the bowl, lid, and attachments with warm water, a soft sponge, and dish soap, then rinse them thoroughly. Place the product on a flat, stable surface. Select the attachment appropriate for your task and place it securely on the bowl. Hold the product steady with one hand. With your other hand, grate or slice the food on the cutting surface using controlled movements. Keep your fingers away from the cutting surface. Stop when the food has been reduced in size; do not process small pieces by pressing them down with your hand. When finished, carefully remove the attachment and remove any food residue from the bowl. Use the storage lid to cover the food. After use, disassemble the parts and clean them. Remove any residue from the cutting surfaces with a suitable cleaning brush, taking care not to touch the blades.
