First, pour 1 scoop of water onto one of the sauna stones. Leave a part of the menthol on the same stone before the water completely evaporates. After the menthol has completely melted on the stone, pour another 1 scoop of water on it. You allow the menthol to melt and spread its scent into the environment without burning, along with water vapor. Usage by mixing in a sauna bucket: since the average melting temperature of menthol is around 40 degrees, the temperature of the water in the bucket should also be at this rate. Although there is no exact criterion in terms of quantity, sauna water buckets are generally 3 liters. Starting from this average, dissolve 5-10 pieces of menthol by mixing them with hot water in a bucket. Pour a sufficient amount of menthol water, which has melted and mixed, onto the sauna stones with a ladle. The smell of menthol spreads into the sauna environment along with the evaporating menthol water.
