Product Q&As
Is a 1000-size dispenser available without cartridges?
Answer from PuhuMarket
Hello, a 1000 ml size dispenser without cartridge is not available. All our dispenser products work with cartridges. We wish you and your loved ones healthy days.

Hello, how do we use it? Do we pour liquid soap into it?
Answer from PuhuMarket
Hello sir, this product is only a dispenser and you need a cartridge to use it. Our cartridges have a cap + stopper, you can start using them if you remove the cap and fit it into the space in the dispenser on top of the stopper. Liquid may appear in the cartridge itself, but the mechanism turns it into foam.

Do you need special soap?
Answer from PuhuMarket
Hello, yes, our product works with a disposable system. Thus, we prevent the formation of bacteria by not allowing air and hand contact. At the same time, with a consumption of 0.7 ml, it is at least 3 times more economical than liquid soaps. Due to its creamy texture, our foam soaps leave your hands feeling not dry but soft after washing. We wish you and your loved ones healthy days.

Hello, can we pour liquid soap into the cartridge ourselves?
Answer from PuhuMarket
Hello, since the FOMY and ONESÄ° products in the cartridge are produced to be compatible with the dispenser pump, the pump may malfunction in cases where the density of the liquid to be poured does not match exactly. We recommend using only FOMY and ONESHI products for the healthiest use.

Hello, this is the product I purchased and the Onesi Foam Soap 900Ml arrived. But generally your cards are fomy and onesi 1000ml. Can I plug it in and use it directly in this dispensary without any problems? Is it compatible?
Answer from PuhuMarket
Hello, if the dispenser you have is 900 ml, you need to buy a 900 ml cartridge. 900 ml dispensers are compatible with 900 ml cartridges, and 1000 ml dispensers are compatible with 1000 ml cartridges. We wish you and your loved ones healthy days.

How do we use the 5 liter product?
Answer from PuhuMarket
Hi, we have customers who use it as a refill and they request a lot for it. They use it in their dispenser and regular pumps that take and fill. *We still don't prefer the refill -as a company-. We wish you and your loved ones healthy days.

Hello, can we put the liquid foam soap we bought into the cartridge we purchased?
Answer from PuhuMarket
Hello, our dispensers are not refillable, they are cartridge systems (disposable), so you can achieve a healthier cleaning. In filling machines, since it comes into contact with air and hand, the filling chamber causes bacteria to grow after multiple fillings, thus you cannot achieve a hygienic cleanliness. We wish you healthy days.

Hello, where do you buy cartridges and how much is used on average for 1 cartridge?
Answer from PuhuMarket
Hello, the cartridges of our product are also available in each of our stores under the title puhumarket. Thanks to the pump consumption having a density of 0.7, the concentrated soap liquid provides a minimum of 1400 presses even at full pressure. We wish you and your loved ones healthy days.
