Product Q&As
Hello how are you. Is there a separate version of this product for women and a separate version for men?
Answer from Folixir & Elixir
No.. The hair loss mechanism is the same in both women and men. Therefore, the solution is the same. Use it. Such a separation is unnecessary and due to material concerns.

"Hello, your products are really nice, well done to Ms. Meral, I would like to ask something, I use your red shampoo from time to time, but I have dandruff now, I will buy the one with the blue cap, it won't dry my hair, right? And of course, we use silicone products from time to time, it removes the silicone from the hair."" Does it,"
Answer from Folixir & Elixir
Yes. Let's switch to blue, please, but silicone is very harmful to both hair and scalp. Please DO NOT be fooled by Folixir.

Is it suitable for men?
Answer from Folixir & Elixir
All our products are for both men and women. Because the mechanism is the same in both species. We did not separate the products with commercial concerns.

Is it suitable for daily use?
Answer from Folixir & Elixir
Absolutely yes.

When I bought the blue one, you told me to use both of them together. How can I use both of them together against dandruff and hair loss? Do I put 2 of them little by little and use them together?
Answer from Folixir & Elixir
No, because you said I have hair loss, I stopped the hair loss and I recommended a blue set of 3 to help new hair grow back. Not 2 separate shampoos

I have dermatitis in my hair and it is falling out. Is this shampoo suitable for daily use?
Answer from Folixir & Elixir
Yes. If it is severe, even apply it like an ointment to the scalp you soaked in the first 3 days, morning and evening, for 3 minutes each. Leave it on the scalp, then lather and wash.

Hello, I have seborrheic dandruff and hair loss. does it work?
Answer from Folixir & Elixir
Yes, apply it like an ointment to the wet scalp once a day and leave it for 3 minutes. If it is not too severe, dandruff will improve quickly. If shedding and eczema are severe, use it together with Serum.

Is this shampoo suitable for hair loss? I don't have dandruff.
