Product Q&As
I have both betazin and lightness on my head. Can I use it? Will it cause side effects? Because your skin is very poppy. For example, I used biocin spray and it caused allergies.
Answer from Folixen Cosmetics
Hello, you can easily use it on areas with whiteness and sparseness. Folixen does not even contain paraben; thanks to the vitamin E in its content, it provides coverage while also offering hair care support. If you have sensitive skin, as with all cosmetics, we recommend that you test it on a small area of the inner arm before use. Thus, you can evaluate its suitability for your own skin structure more safely.

I have meat on my scalp, I want to apply it to hide it, is it suitable for the light brown hair color in that area and is it used for this?
Answer from Folixen Cosmetics
Hello, our product has been developed to help equalize the sparse hair appearance and hair bottom color. However, it would not be right to give clear and definitive guidance on the use of skin formations such as “meat me”. For a light brown hair tone, light brown may be preferred.

Does it deteriorate when it rains, like a leak?
Answer from Folixen Cosmetics
Hello. Our product creates a water repellent barrier in the area where it is applied. This way, it does not cause any problems in contact with rain, humidity, and water. But there may be slight smearing with heavy hand rubbing or extreme contact. Holds natural look all day with normal usage

Does it come off when washed and how many days does it last?
Answer from Folixen Cosmetics
Hello. After application, the product provides minimum 48 hours of concealment. Thanks to its special formula, it creates a water repellent barrier on the hair and scalp. This barrier does not leak, even in the sea and rain, as long as it is not damaged by excessive contact. In the case of not being washed, a slight contamination of the pillow may occur due to heavy friction during sleep at night. Thanks to its special structure, the product is easily removed from the hair as soon as it comes into contact with shampoo.

Does it cover the black roots of blonde hair? So, does black lighten your bottom a few shades?
Answer from Folixen Cosmetics
Hello yes. Our product provides bottom color equalization, naturally camouflaging the black bottom appearance. We recommend that you choose the shade that most closely matches your hair color to achieve the most natural result. For blonde hair, we have Light Blonde and Medium Blonde color options.
