Product Q&As
Hello, we just had the product installed today, but after extending the head, it does not pull itself, what should we do about it again?
Answer from KAVİTİCARET
Hello, the black colored weight ball sent with the product for fixing the head must be attached to the spiral hose under the counter.

Hello, can I know the exact length of the product? There is a window, so I need to buy it accordingly. In the product specifications, it says 20-25 cm.
Answer from KAVİTİCARET
Hello, when the headboard is in a horizontal position, the height is 40 cm; In vertical position it is 45. The measurement written in the specifications section is incorrect.

It is installed, but since all the cables pass through the metal, it is very narrow and the weight does not attract it.
Answer from KAVİTİCARET
The connections of all spiral increases of the Fleko brand are the same and there is no problem. There are even products with a purification inlet, meaning there is an additional hose, and we did not encounter such a problem with them either. You may not have adjusted the weight ball to balance its location. If the installation is done correctly, there will be no problem.
