Product Q&As
How should I use it together with biotin? How should the amount be listed?
Answer from Fitself
Hello, Iron-c you need to take it in the morning on an empty stomach. You can take it half an hour before breakfast, but you should not consume tea for at least 1 hour. As for Biotin, you can use it after breakfast and full in the evening.

I have medications and food supplements that I take in the morning and throughout the day. Can I take this at night before going to bed?
Answer from Fitself
Hello Of course, you can also use Iron-C at night before going to bed. However, depending on the content of the medication or supplements you use in the morning and during the day, it may be necessary to leave a period of time between them and iron. It is important not to take it at the same time as tea, coffee, milk and products containing calcium, especially in terms of iron absorption. If you share the names of the medications and supplements you use with us, we can provide general information about what time of day it might be more appropriate to use Iron-C.

Hello, should I use multivitamin and iron-c together? When one is done I should switch to the other.
Answer from Fitself
Hello, we do not recommend taking our Iron-C supplement at the same time as a multivitamin, as minerals such as calcium and zinc found in multivitamins can reduce iron absorption. Therefore, we recommend taking the iron in the morning on an empty stomach and the multivitamin at a different time of the day on a full stomach. We wish you healthy days.
