Product Q&As
Can I ask if the plain one is a chicory?
Answer from PARMOR
Hello; All of them have it. We wish you healthy days.

Is this a capsule in powder form? What is it for daily use and how can it be used for the intestines?
Answer from PARMOR
Hello, our product is a powder product. You can add yogurt to your milk or the food you eat. Spatial target: In order to obtain at least 15g of fiber per day, Inulin-FOS should be consumed (Fibrelle recommendation). Safety limit: It can be taken up to 30-40g/day; however, starting slowly from 2-3g and increasing facilitates digestion. If you use a powder form, then 15–20 g per day can be considered a practical and safe dose.
