    Instructions for Use and Warnings Inflate the balloons slowly using a manual or electric pump. Stop inflating when the balloon reaches a diameter of approximately 27–28 cm, and tie the top of the balloon tightly. Do not overinflate the balloons. To make a gold confetti balloon, gently stretch the opening of the clear balloon. Add a small amount of confetti into the balloon using a funnel or a folded piece of paper. Distribute the confetti evenly among 6 clear balloons. Do not use all the confetti in a single balloon. After adding the confetti, inflate the balloon with a pump. To help the confetti adhere to the balloon’s surface, you can gently rub the outside of the balloon with a dry cloth and twist the balloon around itself a few times.
