Instructions for Use and Warnings Before inflating the clear balloon, add the appropriate amount of silver confetti from the package into the balloon. To help the confetti adhere better to the balloon’s surface, you can create static electricity by gently rubbing the balloon’s outer surface with a soft cloth. After applying the confetti, slowly inflate the balloon using a manual or electric pump. Stop inflating when it reaches a diameter of approximately 27–28 cm, and tie the balloon’s opening tightly. Do not overinflate the balloons. To distribute the confetti evenly across the balloon’s inner surface, you can gently rotate the inflated balloon with your hands and lightly rub its outer surface. It is normal for some of the confetti to collect at the bottom of the balloon.
