Product Q&As

Is it suitable for pets?

Is there one for a 170 - 80 cm double seat?

**** **** - 23 June 2026

Answer from Faiend Home

Hello, this product is for 3-seater sofas and is suitable for sofas between 185–230 cm in length. It will not fit as it will be too big for a 170 cm long double seat. For a double seat, we recommend choosing a smaller sized model.

Translated by Google

Does it have liquid sealing?

**** **** - 13 July 2026

Answer from Faiend Home

Hello, unfortunately it does not have a liquid proof feature.

Translated by Google

Do you have the same texture and pattern for the armchair?

**** **** - 11 August 2026

Answer from Faiend Home

The color of the product is as shown in the images. In case of any discrepancy between the color name displayed on the system and the product image, the color in the image shall be considered as the standard. We only have color options that are active in the listing for sale, otherwise, we do not send a different color.

Translated by Google

Does it cause hair growth?

**** **** - 21 July 2026

Answer from Faiend Home

Thanks to its plush/jacquard fabric structure, it does not cause noticeable pilling under normal use. 30 for extended lifespan. ° We recommend washing it in C, by turning it inside out and on a delicate program.

Translated by Google

Hello, is your fabric resistant to cat scratching?

**** **** - 15 May 2026

Answer from Faiend Home

Hello, our product is welsoft plush fabric; it provides protection against daily wear and hair retention, but it is not a special fabric that is "fully resistant to cat scratching" (scratch proof). If your cat scratches, it may leave marks/draw; if the scratching habit is intense, we also recommend using a scratching board.

Translated by Google

You said how to use welsoft for summer, does it burn?

**** **** - 23 June 2026

Answer from Faiend Home

Hello, the product is plush/jacquard fabric; You can also use it in summer, but it has a thick and warm structure and does not cool you down. "It does not burn like ""Welsoft""; it does not bother in normal use, you can prefer a thinner fabric if you wish."

Translated by Google

Hello, are the patterns ready? Are they sewn according to the seat?

**** **** - 30 May 2026

Answer from Faiend Home

Hello, the product is sent in ready-made sizes; Custom tailoring for your seat is not done. It is compatible with lengths between 185-230 cm for three-seater sofas, you can check your sofa size before purchasing.

Translated by Google

Is it for winter or summer? Does it cause sweating?

**** **** - 26 June 2026

Answer from Faiend Home

Hello, since the product is made of plush/jacquard fabric, it is more suitable for autumn-winter use. It may cause some sweating in hot summer weather; it will be more comfortable if you use it in a cool environment or with a thin cover.

Can I still have a seat with a width of 235 cm?

Hello, this 3-seater sofa cover is suitable for sofas between 185–230 cm in length. If your seat is 235 cm, unfortunately it may be small and not fit properly. If the seat measures 235 cm from outside to outside, it will not be suitable.

Translated by Google

fabric is my friend

**** **** - 22 July 2026

Answer from Faiend Home

It can be used with peace of mind in homes with cats. We cannot give a guarantee that “cat hair will not stick” to our fabric, but thanks to its structure, it is quite easy to clean the hair that sticks. It can be cleaned in a practical way with regular vacuuming, a lint roller, or a damp cloth. It will resist cat scratching, but not a completely nail proof fabric. If it is scratched too often, the fabric may be damaged. In short; it does not tire you out when it comes to cleaning the hair, but if your cat is very playful, it would be beneficial to pay attention from time to time.

Hello. Where is the 180 seat and where is the 230 seat?

**** **** - 21 July 2026

Answer from Faiend Home

Hello, the size is 180 x 230 cm: **180 cm refers to the width of the seat (width from right to left)**, **230 cm refers to the length (from back to front/length)**. The product is suitable for 3-seater sofas with a length between **185–230 cm**.

Translated by Google

Hello, I want to buy a 3-seater sofa cover. Are your measurements from end to end or should I calculate the indentation on the armrest and buy it?

**** **** - 18 July 2026

Answer from Faiend Home

Hello, you need to take the measurement according to the total length of the armchair from end to end (including armrests); this product is suitable for 3-seater sofas with a length between 185–230 cm. You do not need to calculate the recess in the armrest separately.

Translated by Google

Is this fabric jacquard?

**** **** - 15 July 2026

Answer from Faiend Home

Yes, our product is made of jacquard woven fabric. As stated in the product description, it offers a stylish and modern look thanks to its jacquard texture.

Translated by Google

Where do we take the measurement?

**** **** - 6 July 2026

Answer from Faiend Home

You should take the measurement based on the length of the seat, starting from the back of your seat and ending where the front skirt ends over the seat cushion. This product is suitable for 3-seater sofas with a length between 185-230 cm; if your measurement is within this range, you can comfortably choose it.

Translated by Google

There are two reclining cushions behind my corner sofas, large rectangular ones. I don't want them to be under the sofa cover. Can you make covers from the same fabric for them?

**** **** - 12 May 2026

Answer from Faiend Home

Hello, this product is a standard 3-seater sofa cover; Unfortunately, we do not offer special cover sewing/service from the same fabric for back reclining cushions. We recommend that you use the cover by laying it down without squeezing it behind the cushions to prevent the cushions from staying under the cover.
