Product Q&As
Does the cream cause acne and is it very oily? I want to use it as a daily care cream for line care etc.
Answer from Fadhila Organics
Hello sir, it is easily absorbed and is not comedogenic, so it does not cause acne.

I lathered it and applied it, it was irritated, I read it, I wanted to ask if the way of using it was normal, I use it once, and I also wanted to ask about the soap.
Answer from Fadhila Organics
Yes, it is normal that there is a burning sensation when first using, but after several times of using, your skin will adapt to the soap and the discomfort will go away. ☺️

Hello, my wife is allergic to black soap. Her face is burning and red. I wonder why?
Answer from Fadhila Organics
Hello sir, first of all, you should not apply soap directly to your face. You should lather the soap in your hands and apply the lather to skin. If you use it this way, there will be no problem, sir.

Ms. Fadhila, can we use black soap on our hair in the bathroom?
Answer from Fadhila Organics
Of course, our black soap can be used on hair because it is made up of all natural ingredients. Many people who use it say it cleans their hair and soothes their scalp. But it's totally your choice to try it since everyone's hair structure is different. I personally don't use it on my hair but I do on my kids and I'm ok. Also, we will launch a natural shampoo soon, which is specially formulated with African black soap. If you wish, you can try a small amount of black soap first and observe how your hair reacts!

My wife has itching on her hands, we bought it for her, but it didn't work for her, so I use it as a cream.
Answer from Fadhila Organics
Hello. Normally it is an oil that is very good for itching. Keep using it maybe you will find it useful. Proper and regular use is also very important. You are supposed to use it at least twice every day. You can use too much. ☺️ I hope it works well for your wife. Get well soon
