Product Q&As
Hello, I have used dozens of chopping boards, all of them have developed mold, swelling and separation. Please answer me sincerely, is this also possible?
Answer from F&S WoodArt
Hello, first of all, thank you for your interest in our product. The problems you mentioned mostly occur due to usage conditions. None of the wooden products should be washed in the dishwasher, and they should not be exposed to water for a long time. Of course, problems may occur depending on the type of wood used. We produce the board you asked about from water-resistant iroko wood. We produce by cutting from a single piece, despite it being a hard wood. It is also a preferred tree species for garden furniture or pool sides. You can evaluate and choose accordingly. We wish you pleasant shopping.

Is the product suitable for hand washing?
Answer from F&S WoodArt
Good morning. Of course, wooden products can be hand washed, but the best method is to dry them upright after quickly lathering and rinsing to drain the water. You should never wash your wooden products in the dishwasher.

It's 40 cm long, but the width doesn't matter, I'm just asking if it fits into the smart sink.
Answer from F&S WoodArt
I understand you, but we do not know the dimensions of your smart home, you need to let us know the measurements so that we can adapt the product if necessary.

Hello, if I buy 3 pieces of this product, which is 40x27.5cm in one piece of iroko wood, would you have a chance to cut one of them in half (making 2 pieces of 20x27.5) and polish the cut edges and send them? So, in total, 2 pieces of 40x27.5cm and 2 pieces of 20x27.5cm?
