When are the products i purchased shipped?
Your purchase will be shipped by 4:30 pm on weekdays and by 11:30 am on saturdays. orders placed on sundays and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
How do i know that my order is shipped?

Return and exchange conditions
The lcd screen you have purchased must not be damaged. before assembling the products you have received, try them with their sockets without installing screws and only assemble them after seeing that they are working. for products with screws installed, if the error on broken, soldered, gelatin-free, unlabeled screens is caused by the customer, we cannot help you in this regard as they are spare parts. there should be no scratches etc. on the inner lcd part and the outer touch section of the screens. the back gelatins should not be removed and there should be no adhesive. there is no return or exchange for products that have been screwed and assembled, the gelatin has been removed, and the films have been damaged. please check the products you receive from the cargo during delivery. if there is any missing or damage, please send it back with a report without receiving it. please do not send without a report. your satisfaction is our biggest goal. we aim to do our best for you to achieve this goal.
