Product Q&As
How can it be good for diaper rash if there is no zinc?
Answer from Evvahe Doğal
Hello, our product is different from classic barrier diaper rash creams containing zinc oxide. The panthenol, aloe vera, sweet almond oil, and St. John's Wort oil in our formula help to moisturize, soothe, and support the skin barrier. Therefore, it can be used for the care of mild diaper rash and irritations.

The product is said to be too liquid. If it is kept in the refrigerator, will applying cold harm the baby's skin?
Answer from Evvahe Doğal
Hello, storing the diaper rash cream in the refrigerator will not harm the product. Especially in hot weather, it can be preferred to tighten its consistency a bit. Applying it cold to the baby's skin generally does not cause harm. However, if it gets too cold, it can cause discomfort in the little ones. Therefore, before applying, you can let it sit on your finger for a few seconds to allow it to warm up slightly.

can it be used for rashes too?
Answer from Evvahe Doğal
Hello sir, Anti-diaper rash creams usually help reduce irritation by creating a barrier on the skin and prevent diaper rash caused by moisture. Rash is more of a small rash and sensitivity on the skin caused by sweating. Diaper rash cream can help in this area: It can help soothe the skin, reduce friction, and provide mild relief. However, the main solution to diaper rash is usually to keep the area cool, reduce sweating, and let the skin breathe. If complaints are severe or spreading, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
