he reads the mysterious mehmed siyah kalem, again from the provocative characters of history, from the period of fazlullah esterabadi.

this look and this reading proceed with a parallel fiction through two female characters.

esma and elif.

the names are esma and the letters are the sheikh fazlullah and the unlucky engraver

lam next to elif or elif next to lam.

one is names, the other is letters.

the author discusses a rather difficult issue within the wide possibilities of the novel.

the reader is left with the question, is this truly a first novel?
