I bought it and used it but I can't take it off, it always gets scratched, what should I do?

    Answer from Evax

Hello, heat it with a hair dryer for 50-60 seconds and it will come off easily.

    Translated by Google

Does it damage the camera and is there any problem if we do not clean the top of the camera?

    Answer from Evax

Hello, our product does not damage the camera; On the contrary, it protects your camera. However, we would like to point out that the camera needs to be cleaned. If it is not cleaned, you may have an issue with the picture quality.

    Answer from Evax

Hello, no, the product is not sapphire. This is a standard product, better quality products are available in our store.

    Translated by Google

Hello, good luck. I would like to choose metal in terms of elegance and premium atmosphere of the phone, but is it plastic or glass? You also have a frameless model, you said it is better quality, but which one should I choose?

    Answer from Evax

Hello, we recommend you to buy the sapphire one.

    Translated by Google

How do we get it out when we want to take it out?

    Answer from Evax

Hello, you can remove the nail with any wet wood or plastic material. If it still doesn't come off, you can heat it with a hair dryer for about 1 minute and remove it.

    Answer from Evax

Hello, the front of the product is glass.

    Translated by Google

Hello everyone. I took it to the phone store to install it and they told me that this product is plastic, it affects the camera's shooting badly, they said don't install it. I ask you, is this product plastic? Does it affect the camera's shooting? Should I put it on?

    Answer from Evax

Hello, we did not have any customers who had problems in the comments.

    Translated by Google

Does it have any effect on the camera in terms of traction?

    Answer from Evax

Hello, we have not received any negative comments from our customers.

    Translated by Google

Hello, when removing it, should we pull it from the bottom, does it completely cover the camera, or should we pull it from the middle?

    Answer from Evax

Hello, when removing it, you will remove it by pulling it from the frame of the lens. It completely protects the front part and frame of the lens.

    Translated by Google

Can we put it on, take it off and use it again?

    Answer from Evax

Hello, no, you cannot use it again after removing it.

    Translated by Google

Hello, can the transparent lens in the middle be removed and only the surrounding area be used?

    Answer from Evax

Hello yes you can use it

    Translated by Google

Did we need to wipe the inside of the lens after removing the adhesive (I didn't do that, it didn't make it blurry, but it remained inside me)

    Answer from Evax

Hello, if it is not blurry, it will be fine.

    Translated by Google
