Clean and dry your skin before using the cream. Apply the cream evenly to the areas of your body you wish to tan by placing it in the palm of your hand. Massage the cream thoroughly into your skin using circular motions. You can use it daily until you achieve your desired tan. For a deeper tan, morning and evening use is recommended. Wash your hands thoroughly after application.
