Very good makeup pencils, soft, won't scratch the eyes, and transfer resistant. I recommend them!

It drives me crazy, but it just smudges. Basically, all eyeliner smudges—none of them work for me.

This is the best eyeliner I've ever used. I bought two—one black and one brown—and it really is the best eyeliner out there. I tried it—it doesn't smudge, the color is deep black, it doesn't irritate my eyes, and it's waterproof.
