Epsilon Yayınevi Close to the ground, far from the stars

Product description

“every heartbeat had a story.

”bestegül, as he did every morning, when he left the house that morning to go to school, did not yet know that his destiny would be combined with thirteen other people.

that morning, he took the subway and traveled to the last stop, but he couldn't get out of the last stop. The other thirteen people with him were trapped at the subway station, and at that moment, the first heartbeat of their common story started to deafen them.

there was stuff they had to fight through under the debris.

hunger, thirst, longing, grief, sadness, death.

while their hearts were pounding with fear, suddenly one of them died, and the others followed him one by one for curious reasons.

all these deaths left deep scars on their hearts and brains, and all they could do was wait to be rescued from under the rubble.

now one of us will get out of here, get saved.

he will take the photos we are taken and put them in a frame, hang the frame on a wall, pass by and watch us.

the time will freeze at that time.

now one of us will remain right, but the left will be dead.

one of us will age in a frame hung on one of our walls.

the song will end for one of us, but we both stop dancing.

do you understand? You don't get it.

because you stopped hearing me.

already, i too, the talk.
