Product description

Cihat duman, whom we know with his poems and relentless narrations, presents to the reader this time the first example of the genre that we can call “transfer novel” with the übertragung technique he has borrowed from the science of psychology. From the beginning, the narrator's voice, who thinks he is using techniques that he mocks and despises in the novel genre, has captured the sahiq by using the deception that what he writes is a memory. The book's timeframe, encompassing the two years prior, the last four months, and the period during which the book was written and finalized, is considered a realistic possibility. It is frequently stated that the book was written in a week, and at the same time, some parts have been made to be read like a diary. The fact that the book itself is a novel affair is a feature that distinguishes the novel from other top-notch puzzles. In the end, by giving the book a week of the character, whose affair is with writing, profession, love, body, past, obsessions, it is hoped that the reader will not experience catharsis, but rather become contaminated and lose his peace. In this book, cihat duman confronts the sick person of the era. In this sense, a real quarantine romance is born. "what exactly was the quality of our excuse? In a film where beyoğlu is the lead, were we just extras or not? Our misfortune had made us appetizers for each other? Whatever we were, i was being treated unfairly. Regardless, going to the neighborhood where i went once a week for purposes until now, just to see a woman, was damaging the respect i had for myself every day."
