Unfold it on a hard and flat surface until it becomes 3mm thick

Hold the detachable outer disk part

Cut the dough, with the front face against the sugar paste, and apply pressure until it touches the surface below

Gently move the snap left and right

This way you will get a clearer cut

Press down on the top part and cut the dough with the embossed piece. 4

Lift the cover about 5 cm into the air and press the top to remove the cut mold

Used to decorate cake, cupcake, cookie and cake pop

Thanks to its easy use, you can use it with all kinds of sugar paste.
