The product is very good, but while grating, the pieces are in the handle of the grater. which accumulates in the gap.

The product was not packaged properly, but they sent it in a box, just wrapped it around with stretch film. Naturally, there is no possibility of it arriving undamaged. We took pictures of the pictures on the same day and made a return request. I packaged it and delivered it to the cargo the next day. The event starts after this. They reviewed the product. The review time is 21 business days. You will examine what the actual lining grater is in 21 business days. A complaint record cannot be created on Trendyol. The customer representative said. If you don't want to be disgraced with your money, do not shop on Trendyol. Officially a disgrace. Also, according to the customer representative, if the company does not accept it, they will send the product back to me. Interesting, let's see how we solve it.
