Emsan Emboss Black Thermos 1.5 Lt

Best thermos you'll ever use. It keeps it hot for 12 hours as written.

Good product but slightly cracked, returned

The thermos handle arrived broken, I requested a replacement from the seller with the same product, but he did not replace it. Emsan was a brand I knew from my childhood, I ordered it because I trusted it, Emsan should have shown the difference, it is a good brand, a good seller should be with its customer after the sale, until it sells the product, it should solve the problem, isn't it? Isn't the product checked when it is sent? The same thermos appears to be in stock and on sale right now, but it does not replace the thermos with a broken handle. Is it not replaced because I bought it at a discount of 21 TL??? I am returning it because it is a defective product and the seller does not accept exchanges. I needed it urgently, I waited for the product and I was a victim.
