I am writing to file an official complaint regarding the perfume I received today. Unfortunately, the bottle arrived half empty, which is completely unacceptable. I paid for a full product, but what I received was clearly incomplete. I have tried to contact customer service but have been unable to reach anyone. This situation is very disappointing, especially since I just received the item today in this condition. If I do not receive an immediate response and a clear solution, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter publicly through social media and other consumer protection platforms. I expect either a full refund or a proper replacement as soon as possible.
