Wipe the product with a damp, soft cloth. Once you’re sure it’s completely dry, fill the hopper. Usage: Loosen the metal adjustment screw on the top of the grinder to remove the lid. Add coarse-grained salt, black pepper, or dry spices suitable for grinding to the transparent hopper. Replace the lid and tighten the metal screw. Hold the grinder upright and turn the top section to grind the spices. Tighten the metal adjustment screw for a finer grind, or loosen it for a coarser grind. Cleaning and Maintenance Do not wash the product in the dishwasher or submerge it completely in water. Clean it with a damp cloth and dry it immediately. Do not allow water, oil, or detergent to get inside the mechanism.
