Product Q&As
Hi, i’m typically size 39.5-40 for shoes. Do you suggest getting 39 or 40
Answer from Ega ayakkabi
Hello sir, we recommend you to buy size 39. Since it is real leather, it will stretch to fit the foot shape. We wish you happy shopping.

Does it have a wider pattern than the 1990 TL version? The other model did not fit because I have a wide foot size 42. Do you think this model will fit?
Answer from Ega ayakkabi
Hello sir, this product of ours has a different pattern than other products, this pattern is perfect, this will be suitable, sir, we wish you a pleasant shopping.

Do you plan to make more winter boots/shoes with this kind of toe in the future?
Answer from Ega ayakkabi
Hello sir, yes it is available sir, we wish you a pleasant shopping.

What is the difference between this and the other model? Only the base is different. Can you give detailed information about the difference between the bases?
Answer from Ega ayakkabi
Hello sir, the difference in the sole is that this product has a rubber sole, it is more durable and non-slip for the winter months, and the mold is different. This product is a perfect fit. We wish you a pleasant shopping.

What is the purpose of this? Is it a flip-flop?
Answer from Ega ayakkabi
Hello sir, for foot health, the other fingers remain independent from the big toe, so there is no deformation in the foot. We wish you happy shopping.

Hello, is it suitable for heel spurs and feet with bone protrusions?
Answer from Ega ayakkabi
Hello sir, it is suitable for bony feet, but you need to try it for spiky heels, sir.

Hello, will my feet be combed? I don't normally wear size 42 or 43. Is it okay?
Answer from Ega ayakkabi
Hello sir, if your foot is size 41, 42 and scalloped, it will be size 42, sir.
