Instructions for Use/Warnings
For Skin Use: You can use fig seed oil directly or mixed with a carrier oil (such as jojoba oil). Generally, 2-3 drops of oil should be diluted with 1 teaspoon of carrier oil. Gently apply to clean skin (especially the face, neck, and décolleté) and massage in lightly. Avoid the eye area. Use 1-2 times daily. For Hair: Apply directly or diluted to the scalp and hair ends. Can also be applied to the entire hair. Massage the oil in and leave for 30-60 minutes. Then wash your hair with shampoo. Use 1-2 times a week to improve hair health.
