Features:

1. cold compress: after pre-cooling (chilling between 4-10 degrees celsius), place in the refrigerator for two hours or freeze for half an hour. you can then apply it to your face. (for long-term storage, refrigerate. to prevent odor and staining, it's best to store in a cool bag.)

2. hot compress: place in hot water at 60°c for approximately 5 minutes or microwave for 30 seconds. then, heat the other side for 15 seconds. you can then apply it to your face. (we generally recommend heating in water for even and consistent heating.)
