Hello, washable

Hello, since it is plastic, there is a small amount of it, this happens in all plastic bags, but it goes away over time.

Hello, do we need to remove the air while using the product? Is there a risk of explosion?
Answer from DUFFA STORE
Hello, you need to fill water.
Translated by Google
If there is a 1 liter bottle, can you send it in a 1 liter bottle? It's a 2 liter bottle, I didn't look at this.

How many degrees of hot water is the product resistant to? Some are not resistant to boiling water, I want to know that
Answer from DUFFA STORE

Hello, it is necessary to fill these bags at a certain temperature. When it exceeds that temperature, it creates burns in case of explosion. It is written in the comments that it does not explode, but I specifically want to know how many degrees this is, can you please tell me?
Answer from DUFFA STORE
Hello, 60 to 75 degrees is good sir.
Translated by Google
What material is it made of?
Answer from DUFFA STORE
Hello, fabric cover on the outside. The bag itself is plastic rubber material
Translated by Google
Hello, is there any harm in putting it next to you while sleeping? Is there any chance we can get on top of it? Will it cause an explosion etc.
Answer from DUFFA STORE
Hello sir, normally it doesn't work. But still, keep it away from yourself before you sleep.
Translated by Google
Does it smell like plastic?
Answer from DUFFA STORE
Hello, since it is plastic, it does not have a strong smell, and since it has a cover, you cannot feel it.
Translated by Google
Hello, do you have this product in 500ml or 1 liter version?
Answer from DUFFA STORE
Hello, I'm afraid not.
Translated by Google
Hello, I am using the product now, but the product is durable and does not explode, right?
Answer from DUFFA STORE
Hello, it won't explode, sir. Do not put direct boiled water. Put it in when the water is near boiling
Translated by Google
What is the maximum temperature we need to fill it with water?
Answer from DUFFA STORE
It may be a little before boiling, sir. But before each use, put a small amount of hot water in it and shake it and then pour it in, this process allows the bag to warm up and prevents it from cooling down and use the hot water completely.
Translated by Google
Hello, the ah grade has been mentioned by other sellers. I couldn't understand whether your product is suitable for 100 degrees. Can't you put boiled water? If yours is compatible with boiled water, I will buy it. I want grey. I request you.
Answer from DUFFA STORE
Hello sir, you can put boiling water in it, it won't be a problem, but the reason why we tell some of our customers to put it in before boiling is because the bag is too hot so you don't get burned.
Translated by Google
Hello, I will buy it for menstrual pain. Will it work to put it on my belly?
Answer from DUFFA STORE
Hello yes it is useful sir
Translated by Google
What is the maximum degree of water that should be added?

It doesn't matter, sir, but if you pour it without boiling, the bag will not overheat and you will not burn yourself, sir.
Translated by Google
