Product Q&As
Is this vitamin C serum and can this product be used at the same time as niacin? My skin is oily and acne-prone.
Answer from DUADERM
Hello, yes, the product is vitamin C serum. Vitamin C serum and niacinamide serum can be used at the same time. However, since your skin is oily and acne-prone, it would be safest to start slowly and observe your skin's tolerance. We thank you.

Should I apply vitamin C serum or moisturizing cream before going to bed at night?
Answer from DUADERM
Hello, you can use vitamin C serum in the evening. Vitamin C in the product helps to brighten the skin and equalize its tone. It is recommended to use moisturizing cream after serum to lock in moisture balance skin. We thank you.

Can you please specify whether there is any harm in applying your retinol serum, your vitamin C serum and your serum under the eyes?
Answer from DUADERM
Hello, they are not suitable serums for the eye area. The eye area is more sensitive and contact with the eye can have negative consequences. Skin serums are not suitable for the eyes and eye area. We thank you.

Can sensitive and rosacea skin use it in trace amounts?
Answer from DUADERM
