Very comfortable shoes, definitely buy them as if you don't have them on your feet. It didn't bother me at all even though I was walking

Although the product is generally good, the sole under the heel fell off on the first use, it is problematic when walking and I cannot wear it anymore. When I asked the seller for parts, he asked for my name and surname, but when I sent it privately, I was rejected. The rejection answer was very clear, so I couldn't understand why my name and surname were asked. Either the seller wants to appear relevant in the comments or Trendyol automatically replies, I honestly don't know.

No matter what I write, it's too little. I think it is clear from the images.
