I bought 2 of this product and I want to wash them. At what temperature and at what cycle should it be washed? can I use regular laundry detergent? I don't want to spoil the product, I would be happy if you help me.
Answer from Dreamrite Home
Hello, First of all, thank you for choosing us. You can wash it with liquid detergent in the cold wool program of your washing machine. The important point is that you need to perform the tightening process using a maximum of 400 revolutions. Because the sheep wool, which has a natural hair structure, will cause felting if squeezed at high speed. Another important point is that after washing, the product should be quickly dried in the wool program of the dryer. When the drying process is delayed, the product that is wet will remain damp inside the case. If the washing process is not essential, we recommend sunbathing our woolen products. We wish you a nice day.

hi... how many cm is the Dreamrite Home Woollen Natural Merino Bead Wool Pillow height?
Answer from Dreamrite Home
Hello, the height of the Woollen pillow is approximately 10 cm. We wish you a good day.

Hello, the wool in the product gets stuck a lot every time we sleep, how should we take care of it daily?
Answer from Dreamrite Home
Hello, since wool is a natural product, it is not as bulky as fibers. You can increase the volume of your pillow by making a slapping motion with your hands every day in daily use. You can give your pillow a form by slapping it from the right and left every day. We wish you a nice day.

Hello, I want to use the product with a pillow device. Will the pillow lose its sweat-proof feature when I use the pillow pad?
Answer from Dreamrite Home
Hello, when we designed the woolen pillow, we did not use any additives made from inorganic synthetic fiber, including the mattress protector. There are synthetic fibers in the mattress protectors. That can trigger sweating. We cannot give you a definitive answer to your question. You can try this. We wish you a good evening.
