I bought it for my son, he is 12 years old, he is 1.55 tall and weighs 65 kilos. I bought size L because he is overweight for his height and age, and I didn't want a well-shaped child to stick too much. The quality of the products is very good, and the fit is perfect, but if you want it to be snug but not tight, you can buy 1 size larger. It may shrink when washed.
