The order I placed on 30.12.2025 was shipped on 31.12.2025 and delivered on 09.01.2026. The first factor in the product being delivered so late is that large companies such as Trendyol and similar companies work with unknown cargo companies that suddenly appear like corn after the pandemic period. These types of cargo companies, which are established with the ideal of making quick money by the participation of 2-3 people in local areas, but do not provide good service due to reasons such as workload and difficulty of the job, and are generally handed over to other people, are a real pain. During the process, I was only able to reach the headquarters of "Kolay Gelsin" cargo, which is the carrier of this shipment. What the headquarters does is that it informs me about the status of the cargo, which I can already see on the website with the tracking number, and opens a complaint request. Opening a complaint request is of no use to me either. opens the request and says it will be resolved within 2 business days, gaining 2 days. If the cargo hasn't arrived after 2 days, a new claim will be opened and another 2 days will be earned. This situation works the same way on Trendyol's side. As far as I understand, they open a cargo complaint request and gain 2 business days immediately, and this continues indefinitely. mine ended up neticulated on day 11 so I didn't see much more. I call the cargo company and say I want to pick it up from the delivery branch, but they say we don't have a branch, this product looks like it will be delivered to you, and they don't accept my pick-up. The address that appears on the website under the name "Delivery Branch" is a grocery store. Yes I'm not kidding a grocery store and this is probably a pick up spot. However, since you cannot contact the branch in any way, there is no pick-up option. The friend who will finally deliver the shipment on the 1st day called me on the phone and said: "Can you pick up my phone from the delivery point?" I also briefly summarized the situation and finally he brought the cargo to the address and I received it.
