The most amazing tea I've ever tried, except for the flavor and the result, which helps digestion, bathroom breaks and suppresses appetite. Second day

O Allah, we ask You for an increase in faith, blessings in our lives, health in our bodies, sustenance in our livelihoods, repentance before death, martyrdom at death, forgiveness after death, pardon at the reckoning, safety from torment, a share of Paradise, and grant us the sight of Your noble face. O Allah, have mercy on our dead and the dead of the Muslims, and heal our sick and the sick of the Muslims. O Allah, forgive the Muslim men and women, the believers, both living and dead. O Allah, whoever takes pride in You will not be humiliated, whoever is guided by You will not go astray, whoever is satisfied with You will not be deprived, whoever takes strength from You will not be weakened, whoever is self-sufficient with You will not be in need, whoever seeks help from You will not be forsaken, and whoever seeks refuge in You will not be overcome, and whoever relies on You will not be disappointed, and whoever makes You his refuge will not be lost, and whoever clings to You will be guided to the straight path. O Allah, be our protector and helper, and be our supporter and defender, for You are All-Seeing. My Lord, Your servant is overwhelmed by his circumstances, the doors have been closed to him, he has strayed from the path of righteousness. His worries, grief, and depression have increased, and his life has passed without the doors of bliss and closeness to You being opened for him. You are the One we hope will reveal this affliction, O You who answers when called, O You who is swift in reckoning, O Lord of lords, O Great, O Generous, O Giver O Lord, do not hide my call, do not reject my request, do not leave me in my sorrow, do not leave me to my own devices and strength, and have mercy on my helplessness, for my chest is tight, my thoughts are confused, and I am perplexed in my affairs, and You are the All-Knowing, Glorified be You, the Owner of my benefit and harm, the Able to relieve my distress and ease my hardship. O God, we ask You for an increase in faith, blessings in our lives, health in our bodies, sustenance in our livelihoods, repentance before death, martyrdom at death, forgiveness after death, pardon on the Day of Reckoning, safety from torment, a share in Paradise, and the blessing of seeing Your noble face. O Allah, have mercy on our dead and the dead of the Muslims, and heal our sick and the sick of the Muslims. O Allah, forgive the Muslims, both men and women, and the believers, both men and women, both living and dead. O Allah, whoever takes pride in You will not be humiliated, whoever is guided by You will not go astray, whoever relies on You will not be diminished, and whoever seeks strength in You will not be weakened, and whoever is self-sufficient in You will not be in need, and whoever seeks help from You will not be forsaken, and whoever seeks Your aid will not be overcome, and whoever puts their trust in You will not be disappointed, and whoever makes You their refuge will not be lost, and whoever clings to You will be guided to the straight path. O Allah, be our guardian and helper, and be our supporter and protector, for You are All-Seeing. My Lord, Your servant is overwhelmed by his circumstances, the doors are closed to him, he has strayed from the path of righteousness, his worries, grief, and depression have increased, his life has passed, and the doors to the springs of bliss and closeness have not been opened to him. You are the One we hope will reveal this affliction, O You who answer when called upon.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. I use it every once in a while, and it has a nice apricot flavor. If you need to drink it for constipation, you can't drink it every day. Drink it one day and one day not for a month and stop for a while and then go back to it I use it after Traveling to adjust my output if I mess up eating or use it twice a week but two days apart
