Is the diva comfort pillow too hard?
Answer from Diva Comfort
Hello, our Diva Comfort Visco Air pillow does not have a very hard structure. Thanks to its special visco material, it provides medium-hard (orthopedic) support by taking shape according to the weight of your head and neck area and your body temperature. It is supportive enough not to sink in, yet comfortable and flexible enough not to feel rigid. Thanks to its "Air" feature, it provides a fresh sleep by ensuring air circulation. We wish you pleasant shopping. Best regards, Divacomfort

I have reflux. Is this pillow suitable for reflux?
Answer from Diva Comfort
Hello, first of all, get well soon. The Visco Air model you are reviewing is a very special product that prevents sweating all night long thanks to its special air channel structure and offers tremendous sleep freshness; it provides great sleeping comfort for neck and back ergonomics. Although it is not a direct reflux pillow, hard models that keep the head more stable and high can sometimes be preferred in reflux complaints. If you're looking for a breathable, airy, and medium-soft comfort, we recommend our Air model. However, if you prefer a firmer, more structured design that will keep your head more upright and stable, we suggest our premium flat visco model, which offers a harder, more rigid feel. We wish you pleasant shopping. Best regards, Diva Comfort

Is the product very hard and high? Being 15 cm made me a little nervous. Do you have other options?
Answer from Diva Comfort
Hello, first of all, thank you for your interest, our Air Visco Pillow does not have a hard and uncomfortable structure. Thanks to its special visco structure, it gently adapts to the head and neck area, takes a personalized shape, and supports the neck area in a balanced way during sleep. With its 15 cm height, instead of holding the head up like classic hard pillows, it adapts to the individual by shaping with body heat and weight. Special ventilation channels also offer a more spacious and comfortable use. It is designed as a premium visco pillow that adapts to the structure of the neck, offers a soft touch, and provides orthopedic support. Best regards, Divacomfort

Hello, is the product hard and high? I also want my head to be buried in a pillow. This is not possible with hard pillows. I want to buy it, but I ask you to answer my questions by explaining. Frankly, I want to buy it with confidence because I have neck pain. Thank you.
Answer from Diva Comfort
Hello, our valued customer; First of all, we would like to express our wishes for your neck pain to get well soon. Our Visco Air model you are asking about is not a firm pillow. On the contrary, it has a soft and flexible structure that provides the feeling of sinking into that pillow you are looking for at the highest level. When you put your head, it takes the shape of your anatomy completely and unlike hard pillows, it does not put pressure on your neck muscles. You will experience that soft sinking feeling you are looking for and find a comfortable sleep experience for your aches and pains thanks to the orthopedic neck support. Best regards, Diva Comfort
