Instructions for Use/Warnings
Food Additive Use: Dilute 1 drop of oil in 125 ml of liquid. Topical Use: For massage, mix 5 drops with 10 ml carrier oil. For bath, mix 5 drops with 5 ml carrier oil. For perfume, mix 1 drop with 10 ml carrier oil. Add a few drops of Orange Peel oil to the unscented lotion and apply all over your body. For an invigorating shower, add a few drops of essential oil to a body wash. For an energizing boost, place 1-2 drops of equal parts peppermint in the palm of your hand. Rub the palms together and inhale deeply the scent in your palms, then rub on the back of your neck.
