Product Q&As
Which product is suitable for children's sensitive skin?
Answer from Develi Kese 1973
Hello, silk blended pouches for sensitive skin may be preferred. Care should be taken when applying pouches to children, and it is definitely not recommended to apply them by pressing.

Hello. Can you use the product with shower gel? Or only with water?
Answer from Develi Kese 1973
Hello, soap or shower gel should definitely not come into contact with the scrub. It will cause the scrub to lose its properties. After waiting under hot water, the scrub can be applied. After the scrub process is completed, you can apply soap.

Hello, how should we clean the pouch? I guess we don't grind soap, right? Thank you.
Answer from Develi Kese 1973
Hello, it can be rinsed and washed with plenty of warm water. Any soap or detergent will cause the pouch to lose its properties, so it is definitely not recommended to use it. It can be ironed when dry every 2 months. Wishing you to use it on healthy days.

Hello, can it be used with soap? My wife did not know and applied soap, the texture was damaged.
Answer from Develi Kese 1973
Hello, yes, it can spoil the structure of the soap. Rinse it with plenty of water, maybe it will return to its previous state. The soap prevents the pouch from sticking to the body. If the pouch is cleaned of soap with plenty of water, it will be fine.

Are the ones with rubber tips and the ones without rubber the same quality? The ones without rubber become hard when touched with water. Is this the same?
Answer from Develi Kese 1973
Hello, all pouches harden when in contact with water because they are made from natural raw materials. Have fun shopping.
