Finely woven 70 denier polyamuret fabric is used for deuter rain covers, it is lightweight, packs into a small size and offers excellent protection from the rain thanks to its pu coating.

This product is manufactured by döter without the use of per- and polyfluorinated chemicals, aiming to reduce the dependency on substances harmful to the environment and health.

Pfas are used as a waterproofing coating, among other things, for their water, dirt and grease repellent properties.

Deuter now uses an eco-friendly dwr (surable water repellent) coating that is harmless to both human and animal health.
