Product description

That guy.

long bearded.

pen in hand

man writing.

that old man. In a century when the most chaotic and noisy transformations were taking place, a hermit who only listened to the storms within him. A great thought that flowed into our hearts without realizing it, from the middle of a place that had become a ground for dark cruelties and cruel separations. "tolstoy completes the image of a ""wise grandfather who has seen and lived a lot"" in the world of most readers." It seems as if he is waiting for his grandchildren to ask to tell the story. The older and darker the times that cling to his long beard, the newer and fresher the notes that fall from his pen onto the white pages.

Contrary to the image of the old man in our minds, tolstoy now wanders among us as the representative of a young voice that could rise above nationality and space, stand above time and habits, ready for change at any moment, calling for transformation at any moment. The contradiction of seeing tolstoy both as a wise grandfather and an enthusiastic young voice is resolved in five thoughts for every day. In this special work, tolstoy collects words that will nourish his own thoughts and enrich his dreams, just like a young lad. He spreads the words he has collected from many thinkers, including his contemporaries, to every day of the year, and adds the style of his wise grandfather, who was speechless in places. Every day five thoughts brings tolstoy to us not only as a writer, but also as an editor, a publisher who works with selections. His enlightening words, while presenting themselves to us in their own light, also encourage us to make reading a habit of every day, albeit a small one.
