Product description

“although this book is based on facts, what is told is not only my story or the story of a certain person.

every palestinian has a connection, one way or another, to events in the text.

the imagination in this work is shaped around certain people, just to provide the requirements of a novel.

everything else carries scars from actual cases.

i have either personally experienced everything i have described or listened to it from the lips of those who have experienced it in person for decades in the beloved palestinian land.

Yahya ibrahim sinvar / bi'rü's-seb'e prison, 2004 yahya sinvar, one of the most important names of the palestinian resistance, in this work called “the thorn and the carnation” that he wrote during his quarter-century prison days
