Take the measurement by surrounding the fullest part of your chest and back. Waist: take measurements from the natural waistline. According to the measurements we have taken

a-) for thin and normal people, 6 cm clothing allowance is given, for people who are overweight, 8 cm clothing allowance is given. B-) for example

if our chest circumference is 100 cm, we add 6 or 8 cm to it, 100+6 = 106 cm. We divide the result by 2, 106/2 = 53 cm. c-) the size measurement of 53 cm in the table is the right option for us. 2-) how to choose the right size with finished measurement?
