Derimod Women's Black Ankle Strap Short Thick Heeled Sandals 26Sfe390418

Since the shoes I ordered in size 37 were too small, I returned them on the same day and ordered a larger size. However, they refused to return the shoes that did not fit my feet and that's why I ordered the larger size, and sent them back to me as used products. I thought it was damaged in shipping, but when I received the return, it was no different from the shoes I received. I thought it might be because of the blackness on the sole, but when the shoe arrived to me, it was already like that. I also don't understand how I can use a shoe that doesn't fit my foot. Why should I buy size 38 again if I use it? Please carefully inspect the shoes before sending them back to us, especially considering these types of issues can arise! Do not send us shoes in this condition. You are sending us used shoes and then refusing the return. A brand like Derimod wouldn't do that! It shouldn't! Also, the bottom of the size 38 shoes I ordered later arrived in the same condition! So, all your shoes are in this condition. In my opinion, you should first be careful not to send shoes of this quality to your customers! Below, I have added the sole photo of the size 37 shoes that I returned and were rejected, as well as the shoe that I bought in size 38 later.
