Dergah Yayınları With His Thoughts Nermi Uygur

Product description

The debate over whether there has been a philosophy tradition in turkey has been going on for many years. Our teachers who have served within the istanbul university philosophy department are inevitably at the center of this discussion. "this book is not intended to give a specific answer to the question ""do we have a philosophical tradition?"", but has emerged as a result of questioning the conditions for the existence of a tradition." The philosophical discussion of nermi uygur and other teachers' thoughts is one of the most important ways to strengthen the philosophy tradition in turkey. The discussions to be held on uyghur will enable the circles of philosophy and science, and students, to first get to know uyghur, and then use uyghur's opinions as a basis for their own views. Philosophers who want there to be a philosophy tradition in turkey should fulfill their responsibilities by opening up the thoughts of their teachers for discussion. Thus, the meaningless and unproductive conversations that have been conducted around the question of “do we have a philosophical tradition?” for decades without researching our philosophers' thoughts will also come to an end.
