In this letter, which includes a paragraph in huzur, it is interesting to see how muhtaz is explained from the perspective of suat and how suat turns inward to explain himself. In the second part, while adhering to the same order, no deletions were made this time. all underlined words and cancelled paragraphs were preserved as is. This section also includes images of the pages in the archive.
