Cleaning it is dangerous and risky, but it has to stay plugged in—it can't be unplugged.

I've tried it on glass and ceramic—it works great—but you need a degreaser to go with it.

T‏he product is extremely poor and the build quality is very bad. Unfortunately, I used it twice and something broke every single time. The power button came off and the device stopped working completely from the inside. I can’t fix it unless I take the whole machine apart to reach its internal connection. ‏The upholstery and curtain cleaning attachment keeps spinning and has no lock, so it keeps falling off while I’m using it. ‏Unfortunately, I bought it a while ago and only started using it recently, so I can’t return it now. ‏Honestly, it’s a complete waste of money. No one should buy it and throw their money

I'm tired because I have to keep pressing the button the whole time, and I have a herniated disc 😒🤕 Plus, the steam isn't as strong as I imagined. I bought it because of the reviews—I was grateful and loved it—but while I was using it, I realized that people just don't have a conscience.
